Plonk

Plonk’ is an artistic project that investigates simplicity within music and explores how bare musical themes can progress and expand throughout a given work. This minimalist approach is centred around applying the beautiful metallic resonance of the vibraphone to a contemporary band setting. The songs on this forthcoming Debut EP are inspired by nostalgic childhood memories of nature, friendship and a hint of melancholy. ~~ Kindred acknowledge the Traditional Owners of the land that this event is to be held on, the Wurundjeri Woi Wurrung and Bunurong peoples of the Kulin Nation. We pay our respect to their Elders past and present. Always was, always will be. This venue is wheelchair accessible.
