Toby Aitken (keys, vox) and Mark Matthews (guitar) are jazz and blues players with a huge sum of experience between them - both playing rock, pop, jazz, metal, blues gigs all over melbourne with a number of different groups and solo. The Toby Aitken Duo plays blues, jazz, pop and rock drawing inspo from all over the 20th century, with the technical proficiency of jazz musicians paired with the swingin' musicality of rock and blues, creating a vibe halfway between a rockin blues bar and a downtown jazz club from New Orleans.
